An international seminar for coaches called FAIR COACHING was held in the Belgrade hotel complex Balašević on April 9 and 10, organized by the Rugby 13 Federation of Serbia. Over 30 trainers from Italy, France, Finland, Greece, the Netherlands and Serbia participated in the seminar. It is interesting that in addition to coming from different countries, coaches also come from different sports, rhythmic gymnastics, volleyball, basketball, athletics and of course rugby 13. The topic of the seminar was violence in sports, but above all that type of violence that coaches consciously or unconsciously commit over his players.
